Phoebe Anne Draclau was born to Tris Draclau and Katrina Garnier on Corellia while both parents were fresh Jedi Knights. Phoebe was the first of triplets born to the couple. Phoebe, her brother, Paine, and sister Pyra lived happily with their family until they were about one year old. It was at this time that her parents split up and she was left with her mother. Her father went to the Sith were he joined her uncle and his family. The triplets stayed at the temple with the Jedi code being drilled into their minds.

When Phoebe turned 15 she went to see a concert by herself without her mother’s approval. While at this concert she met and fell for a young Sith named Archaen Fel. They began dating and Phoebe learned what love was. As soon as her mother found out the two were banned from seeing each other and Phoebe was dragged back home where she was watched. She wasn’t able to contact her love but she never forgot about him and vowed one day to return to him.
